This is where you may submit an application to be on our waitlist. We manage a diverse portfolio of homes, ranging from small studio style homes to luxury homes. When we have a new home coming available, I will reach out to those on the waitlist to see if anyone is interested before it becomes advertised publicly.

This gives those on the waitlist an advantage and opportunity to see the home before anyone else.

Here are some guidelines for the homes we manage. All leases will be for 12 months. There is no early termination option.
Security deposits will start at an amount equal to 1 month's rent, but could increase if you do not have satisfactory rental or credit history. Pets are allowed at most properties and will come with an additional pet fee and pet insurance.

You will pay a $50 application fee per applicant over 18 years of age.
In the application, you will be able to list what you are looking for and the price range you need to stay within.
